How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these simple steps:

  3. Provide your registered email address and full name so we can verify and process your request.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a verified account deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data from our active databases within 30 days:

  • User Identity: Your full name and encrypted login credentials.
  • Contact Details: Your registered email address and phone number.
  • Service History: All plumbing service requests and associated timestamps.
  • In-App Activity: Any messages or support logs tied to your profile.

Data Retention & Legal Compliance
